The Avengers — Series 1
The first nine Series 1 episodes
on ABC North were
broadcast weekly, with episodes 3-9
being transmitted live from ABC Television's studios at Teddington
Lock, Middlesex. Episodes 10-22 were shown fortnightly, alternating with a drama
series set in the world of publishing, Deadline Midnight. The
series reverted to a weekly schedule for episodes 23-26.
