(1) Photographs on Getty Images that are dated 12th July 1976 feature Joanna Lumley in a costume seen only in Cat Amongst the Pigeons. This is hardly definitive regards the filming, but similar photo sessions tie up in terms of filming dates of later episodes.
(2) Clapperboard auctioned by Christie's auction house in December 2006 gave a shooting date of 19th August for a night-time interior scene for Faces.
(3) Clapperboard on production photograph reveals helicopter location work for Sleeper was filmed on 5th October 1976.

(4) The production completed dates for Series 2 episodes is taken from the dates on which In-Show Credits were submitted by the production team to the titles department. These are not 100% accurate, but they give a good indication. We do not have this information for Hostage, Medium Rare or either part of K is for Kill.
(5) The Glasgow Herald reported that Joanna Lumley flew out to Canada from Heathrow Airport on Monday 15th August 1977. This same date is given as the start date for production in the Canadian newspaper The Leader-Post. Filming in Canada for the four episodes shot there is reputed to have been completed in seven weeks.
(6) Filming in Canada is believed to have finished on Thursday 20th October 1977, as reported in the Canadian newspaper The Star-Phoenix, which revealed that the planned filming schedule (7 episodes) had been cut short due to Joanna Lumley declining to extend her contract (after 4 had been filmed).
